What this site collects
This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers: the fonts and the images come from this domain. Nothing is stored in your browser — no cookie, no saved identifier — and nothing about you is kept here from one day to the next.
What is counted
What the site keeps is a count. Opening a page adds one to a few totals: which page, which site you arrived from, how far through the journey you read, and which links were opened. The totals are attached to nothing, which is why they cannot be traced back to anyone. To tell how many people that is, rather than how many page views, the site works out a mark each day from the network address and the browser, mixed with a random number that changes every night and is then destroyed along with the marks made from it: within a day the same reader counts once, from one day to the next nothing joins the two, and once the night has passed the mark cannot be worked back to an address, by us or by anyone. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is sent and nothing is counted at all.
The enquiry form
If you send an enquiry, the details you type — name, company or role, email address, type of enquiry, dates and your message — are stored so that we can reply to you. With them we keep the date and time, the network address the enquiry came from and the browser it was sent with, which we hold only to deal with misuse of the form. An enquiry also records the page you were on immediately before the form and, if you read the journey, how far through it you went: both describe the enquiry rather than you, and the second is held by the browser tab you are using and goes when you close it. None of it is used for any other purpose, and none of it is sold or shared for marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about your enquiry, to correct them, or to delete them. Write to us using the address on the contact page.
